For optimal printing results, a 3D print must adhere well to the 3D printer bed. With MAGIGOO you apply an adhesive layer to your printer bed. This prevents deformation of print parts (warping). MAGIGOO PP has been developed for professional use, to be used exclusively with polypropylene (PP) filaments. MAGIGOO PP works well for the dddrop filament PP.
Instructions
• Shake the bottle.
• Apply the liquid by pressing the pen tip onto the printer bed. Tip: For larger prints, a 20mm border is recommended.
• Then print the model with the dddrop PP print settings.
• Allow the model to cool sufficiently and remove it from the printer bed.
• Use a wet, hard sponge to remove all adhesive residue. Once wet, the adhesive layer forms a white layer that can be easily removed with a scouring pad. Once the layer is completely loose from the glass, it can be wiped away with a wet cloth.
• Clean the printer bed with the dddrop cleaner and you are ready for the next print.
Please note: Using this product with other filaments (PP type) may cause excessive adhesion and damage your 3D model.
In cases of excessive adhesion, it is advisable to wet the printer bed with a small amount of water, this can help make removal of the part easier.
